Shape Breathing:
Square: Start on the bottom right corner of the square, breathing in as you trace the "breathe in" side. Hold your breath as you trace the second line of the square. Breathe out as you trace the third side of the square. Hold your breath as you trace the last line of the square.

Imagination Breathing:
Ocean: breathe in and imagine a wave rolling in, breathe out and imagine a wave rolling out.
Color: breathe in and imagine a calm and happy color. Breathe out imagining that color represents stress, anxiety, etc. leaving your body.
