Hello! My name is Julie Foytik. I am delighted to return to Brazos this year to teach our 4th graders. I have taught elementary for twenty-two years. I have a BBA from Sam Houston and stayed in the private sector for seven years. I went on to the University of Houston for my teaching certification, and a major in History. I am ESL and GT trained, as well as certified with the Texas Reading Academy.
When I am not busy teaching I am with my husband and daughter, our dog and four cats. We love traveling, hiking, and escaping to our weekend place in East Texas to visit with family.
I am excited to get to know everyone, and I can't wait to get started.
