Hi! My name is Pam Hobson and I am the Pre-K teachers for Brazos Elementary School! I am so excited to join this community and get involved in all things that Brazos ISD has to offer. I have taught for over 30 years as a pre-k, kindergarten, and first grade teacher. I graduated from The University of Houston/Clear Lake with a degree in Early Childhood. I am also GT and ESL certified. I was honored to receive the Mirabeau B. Lamar Award of Excellence from the masonic lodge of Richmond, Texas. He is know as "the father of the Texas public school system." I have to say that pre-k is where my heart is. I just love the kids, the music and movement, the creativity and the energy that you feel in the early childhood classroom. During my teaching career, I have had the good fortune to teach not only in Texas, but also Colorado and Washington state. My husband and I have one beautiful daughter who was adopted from China. She is the light of our lives! She is studying pre-veterinarian medicine with the hopes of going to vet school in one year.
Our class will be known as the Hobson Honeybees. Drop by and check out what is happening in our hive!
