Coach Lemke - Welcome

Howdy It's Coach Lemke, and I’m in my seventh year of teaching and coaching. I graduated from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi—Go Islanders! I’ve had the privilege of working in some amazing school districts, including Alief ISD, Lamar Consolidated ISD, and Needville High School. Each stop along the way has shaped me into the educator I am today, and I’m grateful for the relationships I’ve built with my students and athletes.
At home, I’m lucky to have a wonderful family by my side. My wife, Stephanie, and I are raising our two kids, Holly and Colby. We’re a close-knit family, and I cherish the time we spend together. Whether it’s enjoying a day at the waterpark, going fishing, dove hunting, or just taking walks around the neighborhood, we love being outdoors. I’m also the go-to guy when it comes to cooking and grilling, and there’s nothing quite like hosting a shrimp boil for family and friends.
I’ve always been passionate about sports, and that passion carries over into my teaching and coaching. Whether I’m in the classroom or on the field, I strive to inspire my students and athletes to give their best, work hard, and be kind. It’s not just about the wins and losses for me—it’s about building character and helping others succeed, both in and out of school.
As I continue my career in education, I’m excited for the opportunities ahead and the chance to grow alongside my family. There’s no better feeling than doing what I love and making a difference in the lives of others.
Our vision is to inspire each student to become a productive citizen who demonstrates leadership, passion, and self-reliability. We foster a culture of respect, community, perseverance, and achievement.
