Superintendent’s Message

Dear Families, Staff, and Friends of Brazos ISD:

I am honored and blessed that the Brazos ISD Board of Trustees selected me as your superintendent because they represent you- the families, staff, and friends who live or work in the district and are the lifeblood of the Brazos ISD community. This district has a long tradition of excellence and I look forward to building upon this strong foundation. It is my greatest honor to not only serve you, but I look forward to the opportunity to meet you personally and build meaningful community connections. I am committed to leading Brazos ISD to seek and deliver excellence in all that we do.  This aligns with the Brazos ISD #1 goal: create a culture of achievement and success.  Culture includes all that we do and is who we are.  Academics, fine arts, athletics, FFA, UIL academics, social-emotional support, positive relationship building, and the quality of our facilities build and define our culture.  There are too many areas that support the aforementioned list to include here, but three crucial ones are our teachers, students, and parents.  This is a symbiotic relationship where we need each other’s support and commitment to achieve excellence. I believe that only by working together in collaborative partnership can we truly achieve greatness.  Let’s get started!

Feel free to email me at srogers@brazosisd.net or contact my assistant Lisa Kanak at 979-478-6551 to schedule an appointment.

For more information about me, please go to the Brazos ISD Facebook posting here.

Hope to meet you soon.

Scott Rogers, Superintendent
Brazos ISD
