Below are the results for the May 5, 2018 School Board Election:

Myles Marek - 230 Total Votes Received
Trustee Position V
Dale Divin - 124 Total Votes Received
Matt Demny - 129 Total Votes Received
These results are unofficial until they are certified and accepted by the Board of Trustees at a meeting to canvass the returns. Brazos ISD elects school board members by plurality, not majority. This means the candidate with the most votes in a particular race wins. There are no run-off elections for Brazos ISD trustee seats.

The first day that candidates may file for the May 5, 2018 Brazos ISD Board of Trustees Election is January 17, 2018 and the deadline is February 16, 2018.
You may download the following forms, fill out and return to the central administration office located at 227 Educator Lane, Wallis, TX 77485, Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM – 4 PM and on Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM. Or you can pick up a packet at the central office during the hours listed.
