The Brazos ISD School Board Election has been cancelled. The following candidated have been certified as unopposed and are hereby elected as follows:

About the Board of Trustees
The Brazos ISD Board of Trustees consists of seven members. Board members shall be elected for three-year terms, with elections conducted annually. Election of Board members shall be by position. After each canvass of the election, the board will elect a president, vice-president and secretary to serve a one-year term.
The next Board of Trustees election is scheduled for May 2, 2020. The positions up for election are 1, 2, and 3.
Brazos ISD holds joint elections with the City of Wallis.
Terms and Election Schedule
Board members shall be elected for three-year terms, with elections conducted annually, as follows:
The election for positions 4 and 5 shall be held in 2018, 2021,
2024, and in three-year intervals thereafter.
The election for positions 6 and 7 shall be held in 2019, 2022,
2025, and in three-year intervals thereafter.
The election for positions 1, 2, and 3 shall be held in 2020, 2023,
2026, and in three-year intervals thereafter.
