Hello! My name is Meagan Bownds and I teach 6th Grade Language Arts and 7th Grade Reading & Language Arts.

My husband, Emmanuel, and I have two daughters. Catherine is a senior and Daphne is a sophomore at Brazos High School. I enjoy cooking, thrifting/antiquing and cuddling my cats.

I am a University of Houston graduate and hold a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. This is my 7th year in education but first year in the public school system.
