ELECTIONS ARE HELD IN MAY OF EACH YEAR FOR A ONE YEAR TERM
All positions are available for nominations and voted on by paying members in attendance at May meeting.
2021-2022 Officer Elections will be held on Thursday May 27th at 6:30 pm. Location TBD
PRESIDENT: Conducts meetings and is the primary contact on BABC communications. Communicates with the district and the public regarding BABC activities.
VICE PRESIDENT: Represents the BABC in the absence of the president. Assists with all BABC functions and activities.
SECRETARY: Keeps meeting notes, prepares communications for parents and students. Maintains records and is lead on fall football programs and spring banquet programs. Receives mail and monitors email.
TREASURER: Maintains the bank accounts and provides monthly accounting of funds. Collects money for deposit and issues checks for invoices, reimbursements and purchases.
FUNDRAISING/SPIRIT GEAR: Oversees the spirit trailer and purchases merchandise for sale. Coordinates fundraising opportunities.
CONCESSIONS: Schedules volunteers, manages food/drink orders, stocks the concession stands for game days and monitors workers and money.
PUBLICATIONS OFFICER: Solicits advertisements and memberships, coordinates fall sports programs, fall/spring sports posters and athletic banquet programs for production. Creates notices of BABC events for publication.
