Vision and Hearing

• Pre-K
• Kindergarten
• First Grade
• Third Grade
• Fifth Grade
• Seventh Grade
• All new students to the district 

Spinal Screenings

• Girls will be screened in 5th grade and 7th grade
• Boys will be screened in 8th grade

Referrals

If necessary, a referral letter will be sent home with your student after a screening. A referral means that there is an indication that your student may have a vision/hearing/spinal problem. We urge you to take him/her to an appropriately licensed professional for further evaluation. Once your student is evaluated, please return the results to the school nurse.
