As the school counselor of Brazos High School, I hope to provide services and assistance to our students and community both in school and out. Below you find some resources for mental health needs, crisis situations, and other instances you may unfortunately find yourself in. I hope this helps :)

  • Brazos Valley Council of Governments

    Here you may find assistance with housing, medical coverage, elderly services, job opportunities, financials, and support for children.

    The Children's Center

    This company has created what they call "Safe Places" in many areas of Texas that are designed to help runaway and homeless youth.

    Fort Bend Women's Center

    Women and children facing domestic violence in their home can find shelter and security here.

    There are over 1,000 programs in and around the 77485 area that can help with food, housing, goods, transit, health, money, care, education, work, and legal situations.

    This is an online international peer-to-peer community for LGBTQ+ young people and their allies.
