This month we are working very hard in art and in music. In Kindergarten and First grade, we are making all kinds of things using lines and shapes in art, and singing lots of fun songs in music. The second and third graders are working with colors and textures in art class. Simple music notation, various music symbols, as well as dynamics top the to do list for music class. The fourth graders have a lot on their plate for the coming weeks of music. They will be performing at the Veteran's day program in November, so we are sing, sing, singing!!! The fifth grade will be working with color and texture in art. In music they have been studying notation, dynamics, time signatures, and have even made their own rhythmic patterns !! WAY TO GO IN MUSIC AND ART KIDS!!! I am very proud of our Little Cougars!
